Oily fish: salmon mackerel.
Dairy products: cheese butter egg
Orange greetings: pumpkin, sweet potato.

Do you consume enough of the following products?

Oily fish, herring, salmon, mackerel [at least three times a week]
Meat
Eggs Butter: margarine spreads
